Thirty years ago, Kevin Scott won the first Mr. Gay USA contest (it is now Mr. Gay USofA). Tommie Ross would win Miss Gay USA (now Miss Gay USofA) in 1988. They would be the first official Mr. and Miss Gay USofA Royalty couple.
Thirty years later, they were reunited at the Mr. Gay USofA 2017 contest last week.
