Pageant Certification of Results
Click here to download the current USofA Pageants LLC Certification of Results Form. This form is required to be submitted by all promoters in all divisions of USofA Pageants LLC.
Pageant Certification of Results can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will send it to all staff members that need to have it
Multi-Day Pageant Forms
All Master Audit Sheets are required to be submitted by all promoters in all divisions of USofA Pageants LLC.
Master Audit Sheets can be emailed to email@example.com. This will send it to all staff members that need to have the scores.

Please note that these are all word documents. The only changes that may be made are in RED, which includes monetary amounts, promoter’s contact information, and title/year changes. These agreements have been written to encompass both pageants and contests so there is no need to change any other wording in the documents.
Please remember that signed copies of all agreements must be sent to USofA Pageants LLC. The agreements should be sent to Scott Burk at email@example.com.
